The Fog is Clearing!

Well, the fog comes and then it goes. Here is the clearing just after noon on September 29, 2003. Even if there aren't any Hawks ( there were many this day) it is a spectacular San Francisco Bay Area scene.

This Spotted Owl showed up below Hawk Hill on a railing in what was once to be a gun emplacement. It stayed for most of the day October 5, 2003 and a polite crowd enjoyed its presence.
